The project is located on the hills in the central district of Caracas, VENEZUELA, which includes a 14 story - 266,400 sq-ft Commercial Office Building and a retail concourse level connecting the existing landmarked HOTEL TAMANACO with the new Glass-Funnel Fountain attraction in the central plaza.

The Office Facade sympathizes the existing greenery environment and the landmarked hotel by adopting the Double-Layered Facade System, which includes the  Laminated Engineered Wood Glass Curtainwall Mullions & Terracotta Sunshades along with Modular Greenwalls to also reinforce the environmentally sustainable building design goals while maintaining its historic presence.
