The project includes 70 dwelling units with Retail on ground level is located in Bergen County, NJ. This mixed-used development is intended to: contribute to the well-being of the community by meeting the housing needs of people who wish to remain in the area but do not wish to maintain a single family residential property. Which also promote developments that supports the commercial uses compatible with the central business district, and help foster a “transit-oriented” development.

The tree-house concept of this project reinforces the environmentally sustainable building design including maintaining Sustainable Site, Water Efficiency, Indoor Environment Quality, Energy performance and On-site renewable Energy, and Material Selections with high-performance. Design goals also includes the enhancement of downtown area while maintaining its historic presence.
