By remaining the existing Melaleuca trees on site. The architectural intent has risen and setback the podium retail spaces for embracement. The design concept derives from the form of delamination of this specie’s exfoliating bark, by extruding the continuous balcony terracotta baguette railings and “Bark” shaping the façade/balcony while maintaining the residential unit layout uniformed. The retail podium and outdoor terrace are also shaded with the extended garment of the balcony baguettes. The residential block above the existing Melaleuca trees are color deferred to correlate, as the subdued base tone is set for the others.
