Site of the project is located in close proximity to Proyezd Serebryakova & Proyezd Nansena. Primary pedestrian and visitors entrance to the Silver Towers is from the new perimeter road on the north side of the complex thru the landscape courtyard formed by the three 52 story Towers, and the two story podium. The courtyard and the Podium rooftop will contain raised planters for shrubbery and seasonal planting, while a small multi seasonal area will be dedicated to water fountains and ice skating rink.

The public entrances to the various podium facilities will be along the south side which contains super market, pharmacy, café, restaurants, fitness center, swimming pool, spa, service retail and other multi-functional spaces.
